Reporting Annual Disclosure of Crime Statistic
The SKC Auxiliary Services Department prepares this report to comply with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act.  The full text of this report can be located on our web site at www.skc.edu/safety.  This report is prepared in cooperation with the local law enforcement agencies surrounding our main campus and alternate sites, SKC Security, Vice President of Academic Affairs, SKC Hewankorn Student Housing Department, and the Physical Plant Department each entity provides updated information on their educational efforts and programs to comply with the Act.

Campus crime, arrest and referral statistics include those reported to SKC Security, designated campus officials (including but not limited to directors, department heads, designated campus security authorities, advisors to students/student  organizations, athletic coaches), and local law enforcement agencies. 
Each year, notice is attached to each enrolled students registration print out that provides the web site to access this report.  Faculty and staff receive a similar notification with their paycheck.  Copies of the report may also be obtained at the Auxiliary Services Department located in the Charlot Building office number five or by calling (406) 275-4827.  All prospective employees may obtain a copy from Human Resources in the Big Knife Building or by calling (406) 275-4985 and the website address will be attached to SKC employment applications.  Notification that provides the web site to access this report is printed on the current student applications.
